Post succesful completion, the proposal moves into steady operations phase. The process follows the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set during the transition phase and improved during the pilot phase. The tracking and measurement of the service delivery is based on the parameters outlined during the Transition phase. The process is then tracked and the actual performance is reported according to the pre-agreed templates.
