We provide selective outsourcing services in specialized business areas of financial services. Our Six Sigma driven process management methodology allows us to design and implement an outsourcing solution in a manner where parts of a process can be operated from an outsourced remote location, while certain other parts are carried out locally in-house. Thus, the process operates in a collaborative manner between two teams from different locations, sharing common Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), business rules and IT Systems. During the Process Transition phase we analyze and arrive at the optimal combination of onsite vs. offshore components of a process. This results in the best utilization of in-house specialized resources as well as scalability and economy of offshore centers.
