Mahesh Rao,
CEO, i-flex Processing Services Ltd. |
Mahesh Rao has several
years of experience in Banking, IT and Business Process
Outsourcing. He was with Citibank (Global Corporate and
Investment Banking) from 1981 to 1999. He worked in operations,
regulatory compliance, product management, and was operations
head for southern/ eastern India for 5 years. He was in
business head roles in Bangladesh and Germany with responsibility
for business development and sales, relationship management,
credit and country risk management.
He joined i-flex in 2000 and was involved with starting i-flex’s engagement with a large bank in Japan. He then moved on to head sales & marketing for the Middle East. Until 2003 , he led customer acquisition, sales strategy and business development in the Middle East. He was instrumental in setting up the i-flex branch office in Dubai, winning several customers for i-flex and establishing the i-flex brand in the region. He then joined Infosys BPO as head of banking and capital markets strategic business unit , and returned to i-flex in November 2006 as CEO of i-flex BPO.
Mahesh is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. At Citibank he was Credit Officer and a certified Citicorp Finance Professional. |

Don Ganguly, CEO, i-flex Processing Services Inc. |
Don Ganguly is the founder of Equinox Corporation (now known as i-flex Processing Services Inc.). He has over 20 years of experience in the technology services sector. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in business strategy, technology, leadership and has several years of experience across verticals in the financial services industry.
Previously, Don was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nexgenix Inc., USA, a Systems Integration Company with over 12 years of history and an extensive customer base in the financial services industry. As the CEO, Don helped Nexgenix Inc. grow to over 600 people globally. Don also held several executive positions with the computer and software manufacturer MAI Systems and Bluebird Systems. He was actively involved with the core business processes, and was responsible for the rapid growth of both these organizations.
Don is an alumnus of the Wharton School of Business, Pennsylvania, and continues to mentor students on creating ‘business plans’. He also regularly speaks at industry events, is a charter member of the global organization - The Indus Entrepreneur (TIE), and has a BS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). |

Chiranjib Pal,
Head, Client Services |
Chiranjib Pal (CP)
heads the Client Services team at i-flex BPO, and is
responsible for managing all customer relationships.
He has led and advised several large outsourcing initiatives
in the financial services industry. He is also involved
in formulating the company’s business strategy,
along with financial planning and analysis.
CP has over 14 years of extensive management experience in investment banking, corporate finance and large scale IT project execution. He started his career in IT with Tata Consultancy Services. As an investment banker with SBI Capital Markets, he managed several Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and private placement of securities in the Indian capital markets. He relocated to the US while working for Nexgenix, a boutique e-commerce consulting firm, where he advised customers with their e-commerce strategies and successfully delivered several enterprise-wide IT projects.
CP has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a BS in Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.

Sumit Sapra
Regional Manager, Europe |
Sumit Sapra is currently
based out of London and heads the BPO services for Europe.
Earlier, Sumit led the Solutions, Transition and Marketing
functions out of India. His role involved designing and
execution of new business offerings, business model and
pricing strategy, pre-sales support, building delivery
capabilities, identifying alliance partners and the migration
of customer processes for offshore delivery.
As a core member of the leadership team at i-flex BPO, Sumit is actively involved in organizational planning and strategic decision-making.
Prior to joining i-flex BPO, Sumit worked with Accenture (India) in the management consulting practice. He has worked on multiple assignments in the areas of sales and marketing strategy, financial planning and costing, process reengineering, supply chain planning, quality and productivity enhancement, change management and large scale IT program management.
Sumit has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and is a qualified engineer in Electronics and Communication from Delhi College of Engineering. |

K V Subramanian,
Chief Financial Officer |
KV Subramanian
is the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for
managing financial planning and analysis, accounting
operations and infrastructure development at i-flex
BPO.
Subbu has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing processes, commercial work and management. He has designed several accounting systems ranging from financial reporting to operations, including general ledger.
Subbu’s previously worked with Network (HCL Corporation), JK Industries, and Silicon Graphics Country, where he was responsible for financial planning, transfer pricing, US export compliance, accounting and auditing, with strict adherence to GAAP. Subbu has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Accounting and a post graduate diploma in Business Administration.
