i-flex BPO operates a local fulfillment center in Orange County, CA, equipped with mail sorting machines, high-capacity, high-speed scanners, copy machines, fax machines and printers. Through this processing center, we receive paper documents and correspondence such as: loan files, conditions, disclosures, title reports, appraisals, among others, on a piecemeal basis or in bulk. The center also performs scanning, preliminary indexing and uploading of images to the central image repository for subsequent processing. Additionally, outgoing paper documents such as closing documents and files to investors are printed through network-connected printers and physically couriered or mail dropped from the fulfillment center. This fulfillment center also provides end-to-end loan processing capabilities, especially for wholesale loan originators.
